Part-time People Director partnering with leadership to drive HR strategy, culture, recruitment, onboarding, L&D, people analytics and compliance across group entities. Manage two HR team members, oversee HR tools (JazzHR, Skello), run employee surveys, owner of OKRs/processes, support escalated HR matters and deliver board-level people reporting. Occasional travel; based in Barcelona.

Manage Emerald Stay's largest destination (60+ properties): lead a seasonal onsite team, maintain quality and brand standards, oversee maintenance and provider relationships, handle guest relations and upsells, onboard new properties, coordinate inspections and stock/linen management, and cultivate owner relationships alongside the Barcelona team.

Support website content and SEO implementation, manage property descriptions and photography, maintain editorial calendars and brand assets, assist partnerships/events, and help with marketing operations, trackers, and coordination across teams.
