Owns Luderna’s accounting and regulatory activities, including full-cycle accounting, quarterly and annual closings, tax preparation, audits, regulatory communications, and supervision of an Accounting Assistant. The role also coordinates with external advisors and the Eterniti Group Finance team, improves accounting processes and internal controls, and contributes to group-level accounting projects.

Support international sports partnership strategy and management across three hospitality brands. Coordinate marketing rights, activation plans, hospitality programs, content, social media, athlete and influencer campaigns, events, and brand video projects. Track performance and ROI, prepare reports, conduct sports partnership market research, and assist business development by identifying industry partners and accommodation opportunities for events, teams, and athletes.

Lead strategic HR and business partnering across the group, ensuring compliance, culture, engagement, recruitment, training, onboarding, and employee development. Manage two HR team members, oversee HR tools and dashboards, support OKRs and employee surveys, handle escalated people matters, and coordinate HR integration for acquired companies. The role also includes internal communications, board reporting, and organizing team events.
