Lead content strategy and production to position ECL as a thought leader. Own content calendar, website structure, and CMS-driven site optimization. Produce and edit blog posts, case studies, white papers, technical reports, and thought leadership. Collaborate with product, science, and engineering teams; manage freelancers and agencies; track content performance and ensure scientific accuracy.

Design and develop scalable backend APIs and services for cloud-based scientific research and laboratory automation. Lead technical and product direction, ensure high availability through observability and on-call support, troubleshoot performance and security issues, participate in code reviews, and promote maintainable engineering practices. Work with scientists and engineers on data stores, sensor services, distributed execution, simulations, and experiment data processing using Go, Python, Rust, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Provides broad in-house legal support across commercial contracts, technology transactions, privacy and security compliance, intellectual property, corporate governance, employment matters, fundraising, and M&A. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises cross-functional teams, manages outside counsel, monitors regulatory developments, and develops scalable legal processes. The role requires an active law license, strong commercial contracting skills, and 3–6 years of relevant experience.
