Lead content strategy and production to position ECL as a thought leader. Own content calendar, website structure, and CMS-driven site optimization. Produce and edit blog posts, case studies, white papers, technical reports, and thought leadership. Collaborate with product, science, and engineering teams; manage freelancers and agencies; track content performance and ensure scientific accuracy.

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves, accommodations, HRIS records, payroll support, compliance, performance reviews, and employee engagement. Provide confidential guidance, interpret employment laws and policies, maintain accurate documentation, identify risks, and escalate significant concerns to the Head of HR in a startup environment.

Provides broad in-house legal support across commercial contracts, technology transactions, privacy and security compliance, intellectual property, corporate governance, employment matters, fundraising, and M&A. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises cross-functional teams, manages outside counsel, monitors regulatory developments, and develops scalable legal processes. The role requires an active law license, strong commercial contracting skills, and 3–6 years of relevant experience.

The Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations oversees 24/7 lab operations, manages teams, ensures compliance with regulations, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
