Requires a Chemistry or Biology Ph.D., two years of relevant experience, Mathematica coding skills, experimental design expertise, and willingness to learn programming and robotic automation.

Provides broad in-house legal support across commercial, product, technology, and corporate operations. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, advising business teams, supporting privacy and security compliance, maintaining legal playbooks, assisting with fundraising and M&A, managing outside counsel, and supporting IP, governance, employment, and FDA GxP compliance matters.
