Teams at eMed Digital Healthcare

Manage end-to-end implementation of eMed’s enterprise GLP-1 population health programs, from contract signature through go-live. Coordinate cross-functional teams, client requirements, project plans, milestones, training, documentation, risk mitigation, and launch readiness. Serve as the primary operational contact for enterprise clients and guide stakeholders through technical and operational onboarding.

Supports M&A and corporate development by building valuation and transaction models, pro forma financial statements, competitive analyses, and due diligence materials. Assists with transaction execution, executive and investor reporting, post-closing variance analysis, and benchmarking. Also supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and business analysis. Requires strong financial modeling, communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Develops complex enterprise benefit solutions for self-funded employers and strategic partners. Analyzes medical and pharmacy claims, PBM structures, plan designs, utilization, costs, and financial risks; builds ROI and total-cost-of-care models; and creates customized proposals and commercial recommendations. Partners with Sales, Finance, Clinical, Legal, Product, and Operations teams, supports executive prospect discussions, establishes proposal governance and tools, and eventually leads the Proposal function.
