Tasks include shipping/receiving, inventory management, customer service, data entry and reporting, project coordination, market research, account management, and process improvement while working with mentors to define a career path.

The Strategic Development Program is a rotational role for motivated individuals to learn all aspects of the business, developing into high-performing leaders through hands-on experience in logistics, operations, and account management.

Lead all business operations of a Profit Centre to grow sales and sustain profitability. Recruit, train, coach and manage the team; set sales goals; analyze financial reports; optimize sales, margins, productivity, assets and expenses; manage purchasing, inventory control, marketing plans, customer service standards, safety, and Profit Centre assets.
