The Administrative Coordinator provides support for office leadership, organizes events, manages databases, and assists with budget tracking and expense reporting.

Lead enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives: analyze, design, deploy, and monitor complex BPM solutions. Drive stakeholder engagement, prioritize BPM backlog in Jira, develop metrics and dashboards, promote BPM adoption and training (GBTECH and other tools), and recommend automation and AI-enhanced process improvements while mentoring BPM team members and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.

Designs, builds, tests, and maintains complex automated ETL/ELT data pipelines, data models, and monitoring. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, enforces data governance, optimizes pipeline performance, and supports deployment via DevOps/DataOps practices.
