Conducts complex on-site risk control evaluations for policyholders, identifies hazards and loss exposures, develops customized prevention recommendations, and prepares detailed reports. Provides specialized consultation, technical guidance, training, and ergonomic, hazard control, and slip-fall assessments. Collaborates with underwriting, sales, claims, agents, and insureds to support decisions and improve safety outcomes. Promotes risk control services through agency visits and presentations while building trusted account relationships.

Conducts on-site risk control surveys, evaluates operational hazards and controls, analyzes losses and exposures, and prepares recommendations and reports for policyholders and agents. Provides consultation, training, ergonomic and hazard assessments, and loss-prevention services. Collaborates with underwriting, sales, claims, and subject matter experts to support renewal decisions and improve account safety. Builds client relationships, markets risk control services, and travels to customer locations as needed.

Assist with developing, maintaining, and auditing claims training materials, job aids, microlearning resources, and SharePoint content. Review training information for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes. Participate in meetings with claims leaders, subject matter experts, and training staff while contributing independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
