Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Java-based microservices and APIs. Mentor junior engineers, lead small projects, perform advanced debugging/refactoring, ensure API security and quality, and collaborate with product and analytics.

Serve as a strategic HR partner advising leaders on organizational design, talent planning, performance, engagement, and change management. Translate business priorities into people strategies, use workforce data to identify trends, and partner with HR centers of excellence to implement programs. Drive annual processes (performance, compensation, promotions), support workforce planning, and promote AI-driven HR efficiency while balancing strategic planning and tactical execution.

Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and integrations to populate data warehouses and lakes. Implement tenant data security, support data science/AI needs, automate data quality and monitoring, perform code reviews, and deliver analytics and BI solutions with minimal supervision.
