Provides career guidance to undergraduate and graduate students and alumni, including resume development, interview preparation, networking, career planning, and internship support. Coordinates the COIN Program, career events, orientations, technology resources, placement data collection, instructional materials, presentations, newsletters, and social media. Collaborates with university departments, alumni, and career centers to support career development initiatives.

Provides personalized academic advising, individualized degree planning, student resource referrals, and support for persistence and degree completion. Serves as an experienced advising resource by facilitating training, mentoring colleagues, supporting quality assurance, and contributing to process improvements. Maintains accurate student records, applies university policies and degree requirements, manages competing priorities, and collaborates across departments to improve student and employee experiences.

Supports university accounting, reporting, analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end and year-end close activities for gifts, pledges, endowments, investments, and other financial areas. Prepares tax compliance workpapers for Forms 990 and 990-T and UBIT matters. Researches discrepancies, improves controls and processes, and collaborates across departments to maintain accurate, compliant financial information.
