Temporary role to replace and install security cameras, verify live feeds in MaxPro, maintain inventory and ticket documentation, and provide audio-visual event support including setup, troubleshooting, and teardown during high-volume or after-hours periods.

Provide comprehensive academic advising for undergraduate students from matriculation to graduation, including course selection, degree audits, academic progress monitoring, outreach to at-risk students, coordination with faculty and campus partners, event participation (orientation, outreach), and accurate recordkeeping to promote retention and timely degree completion.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the International Operations HQ in Kaiserslautern, coordinating with campuses and Worldwide HQ. Manage records, SharePoint, contract deliverables, executive calendars, reports, vendor relations, event logistics, travel arrangements, and routine office operations while ensuring compliance with institutional and DoD-related processes.
