Lead post-award accounting and compliance for sponsored programs, prepare SEFA and state project schedules, manage journal entries and financial reporting, supervise a team of accountants, coordinate audits, ensure Uniform Guidance and GAAP compliance, improve processes, and serve as liaison with Sponsored Research and campus stakeholders.

Coordinate daily operations of a large academic support center: manage student hiring/onboarding/payroll in Workday, supervise tutors and staff, track budgets, analyze student success data using Campus Solutions/OBI/Excel, produce reports and outreach to at-risk students, support retention initiatives and program assessment, and assist training and marketing to increase utilization of tutoring services.
