Edtech
Provides Tier 2 technical support for LMS platforms, academic applications, integrations, web conferencing, and related hardware and software. Troubleshoots user issues, supports course quality assurance and publishing, manages term-start workflows, analyzes Canvas Data and Tableau reports, and uses automation tools and APIs to process updates. The role also creates documentation, evaluates educational technologies, tests integrations, maintains knowledgebase content, and collaborates with faculty, students, instructional technology teams, IT, and vendors.
Edtech
Supports instructional design and development projects by creating, revising, managing, and evaluating online course content. Collaborates with instructional designers, media specialists, and producers to develop engaging learning solutions aligned with outcomes, adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and institutional design requirements. The intern contributes to content creation, interactive course development, stakeholder collaboration, and curriculum deliverables while gaining hands-on experience in instructional design.
Edtech
Manages student involvement and orientation programs, including New Student Orientation, Homecoming, and Blue & Gold Week. Supervises an assistant director and graduate assistant, coordinates major campus events, supports student engagement and community building, and collaborates across student organizations, student government, fraternity and sorority life, and the Student Union. The role requires higher education student affairs experience, event coordination expertise, knowledge of student development and advising practices, and availability for evening and weekend work.
