Manage day-to-day operations of the Seven Oaks property, supervise staff, resolve tenant issues, optimize occupancy and revenue, execute marketing and retention plans, manage budgets and vendors, hire and train personnel, and identify operational efficiencies.

Lead IT infrastructure services and service desk delivery for 60+ locations, overseeing MSPs, SLAs, and ITSM processes. Ensure availability, security, and user experience across cloud, network, endpoints, and collaboration platforms. Drive standardization, vendor accountability, incident/change management, and continuous improvement while introducing automation and modern support practices.
