Lead planning, scheduling, production control and logistics teams to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets. Manage PIPO, MRP routines, inventory/WIP, capacity/load planning, bottleneck mitigation, and production plans across assembly, paint, interiors and flight prep. Drive Lean improvements, KPI monitoring, people development, hiring/promotions, and cross-site process standardization.

Review completed work packages for errors and contractual compliance; ensure timely closure and accurate invoicing; perform post-checks to identify margin issues; prepare accounts receivable statements and assist collections; perform routine accounting postings; analyze project cost-effectiveness and generate margin reports; prepare labor and material estimates; support program managers and perform special projects as directed.

Manage and maintain LMS records and course content, schedule and credit training sessions, create instructor profiles, import SCORM content, generate training reports, support onboarding and cross-site equivalencies, and coordinate training programs across operations, maintenance, EHS, and engineering.
