Supports defense aircraft sales by providing technical expertise, conducting performance and ownership-cost analyses, preparing proposals and RFP/RFI responses, delivering presentations, and translating customer needs into tailored solutions. Collaborates with sales, marketing, product, R&D, and customer support teams; analyzes competitors, gathers client feedback, improves sales processes, trains sales staff, and participates in industry events. Requires substantial domestic and international travel and active or reactivatable security clearance.

Supports and maintains the aviation manufacturing Quality Management System. Designs inspection and testing processes, conducts audits and statistical analysis, manages corrective actions, maintains regulatory documentation, monitors quality metrics, and drives process improvements. Coordinates with customers, suppliers, regulators, auditors, and internal teams to ensure product compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Leads quality records auditing before aircraft delivery, verifying maintenance documentation, signatures, data accuracy, and record completeness. Coordinates daily assignments, liaises with customers, reports discrepancies in EmpowerMX, and supports Operations and Quality Control teams in correcting documentation errors. The role also helps improve audit processes, follows company procedures, and works flexible shifts in variable indoor and outdoor conditions.
