Provides technical engineering support to aircraft clients and operators. Analyzes aircraft systems, maintenance issues, repairs, modifications, reliability concerns, costs, and technical documentation. Guides repair teams and maintenance shops, coordinates retrofit campaigns, qualifies repair facilities, delivers technical training, presents aircraft improvements, and prepares technical and cost reports. Requires collaboration with customers, suppliers, engineers, mechanics, and operators while maintaining current knowledge of aircraft technologies and maintenance practices.

Leads Supplier Rescue Projects, enhancing supplier relationships and performance while coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues. Initiates continuous improvement activities and regularly assesses supplier deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.

Manage long-term aftermarket relationships for key customers in the Southeast region, serving as liaison between customers and internal teams. Provide technical and commercial support, resolve issues, identify sales opportunities, prepare target programs and budgets, ensure quality/ISO and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement and productivity for the account management area.
