Translate complex data and models into actionable insights and maintain integrations and tracking infrastructure.

Own post-sale customer relationships end-to-end: onboard, train, enable adoption, measure success, drive renewals and expansion, and translate customer feedback into product and engineering priorities. Build scalable success playbooks, run experiments with clients, and report on metrics linking actions to outcomes while providing high-touch, strategic service.

Produce high-velocity social content and founder-led thought leadership from product assets and insights. Create short-form video, carousels, demos, and explainers; maintain brand voice; identify trends and scale output across platforms. Collaborate with leadership and occasionally shoot on-site.
