Conduct energy policy and electricity-market research focused on Japan’s energy transition. Design data-driven analyses, methodologies, models, reports, and publications; communicate findings through media, presentations, and stakeholder engagement. Build influential networks across government, business, nonprofit, and media communities while representing Ember publicly. Work independently with regional colleagues to strengthen Ember’s Japan and Asia policy presence.
