Coordinate sales, solution engineering, logistics, warehouses, delivery partners, and customers; manage schedules, milestones, scope, risks, readiness, installations, returns, and change requests. Build deployment playbooks, checklists, and tracking systems while reporting status to the founding team and improving processes for scalable operations.

Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, solutions, and operations, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing. Build recruiting processes, manage the ATS and hiring metrics, and coordinate agencies. Manage onboarding through the first 90 days, including paperwork, I-9 and E-Verify, payroll, benefits, equipment, immigration coordination, and check-ins. Run compliant offboarding, maintain personnel records, and serve as the primary People contact in a fast-growing startup.

Own the enterprise sales cycle for LiveX AI’s software platform, holograms, and kiosks, from prospecting through contract close and handoff. Build pipelines, deliver tailored demos, engage executive stakeholders, negotiate complex deals, maintain Salesforce accuracy, forecast results, and represent the company at industry events. The role targets retail, hospitality, travel, and convention customers and requires experience closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals valued at $50K–$500K+.
