Manage day-to-day production for film, television, and advertising projects, overseeing schedules, resources, deliverables, production data, vendors, meetings, and workflow improvements. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and reviews, documenting notes, coordinating vendors, preparing bid sheets, transferring and ingesting materials, tracking artist and sequence progress in Flow, and managing cross-site communication, deliveries, questions, statuses, and approvals.

Provides part-time office administration for a visual effects studio, including supply ordering and tracking, deliveries, mail, maintenance requests, calendars, and building or janitorial coordination. Supports HR administration through onboarding documentation, employee profile updates, review meeting scheduling, and studio event coordination. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving skills in a fast-paced creative environment.
