Leads outsourced accounting services for oil and gas exploration and production clients. Oversees accounts payable, revenue, joint interest billing, month-end and year-end close, transaction recording, financial and management reporting, client service, and multiple client engagements. Requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, corporate accounting experience, operational accounting expertise, communication skills, and familiarity with oil and gas accounting systems.

Performs buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including data analysis, quality of earnings and net working capital adjustments, deal-risk identification, and client communications. Leads meetings, develops agendas, coaches junior team members, supports recruiting, and manages multiple projects. Requires accounting expertise, transaction services experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Lead enterprise performance management and finance transformation engagements for clients. Design multidimensional planning and reporting solutions, develop dashboards in Pigment and Anaplan, support forecasting and FP&A modeling, gather requirements, improve business processes, resolve issues, and build client relationships. The role also contributes to internal initiatives, technical solution development, and organizational process maturity.
