Lead multiple internal audit, controls evaluation, policy and controls review, process advisory, and regulatory compliance engagements for financial services clients. Oversee end-to-end delivery, supervise and review engagement teams, coordinate cross-service-line opportunities, support partner-led client relationships, improve internal quality and risk practices, and mentor teams. The role requires strong BFSI process and systems knowledge, familiarity with RBI and SEBI regulations, and experience in control functions such as compliance, internal audit, risk management, quality assurance, controls, or SOX.

Lead US loan onboarding and processing for complex loan structures, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational excellence. Review and approve funding requests, resolve data discrepancies, manage transitions, improve workflows, support automation and technology testing, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Origination teams. Mentor processors, oversee quality reviews, manage KPIs and deadlines, and maintain complete documentation and evidencing records.

Leads and develops a software engineering team, overseeing delivery, resource allocation, Agile practices, engineering standards, and process improvement. Partners with product, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to translate roadmaps into execution plans, prioritize work, manage capacity, and resolve issues. Provides mentorship, performance support, project oversight, budget awareness, and technical investment guidance while fostering an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture.
