Manage end-to-end public and private-sector bids in Poland, including tender qualification, planning, compliance, stakeholder coordination, proposal development, risk assessment, and on-time submission. The role requires hands-on knowledge of Polish public procurement procedures, strong project and stakeholder management, bilingual Polish-English communication, and market intelligence development to support commercial growth.

Supports the contract lifecycle for consultants by creating and updating contracts, maintaining templates, validating invoicing and purchase order data, adjusting fees and discounts, and coordinating with sales, finance, clients, and consultants. The role also includes database synchronization, reporting, process documentation, system improvement projects, and administrative support. Strong German and English communication, attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Owns the full business development and sales cycle, from mapping cold and warm accounts through closing. Builds relationships with IT and business decision-makers, financial services executives, and existing clients; sells technology consulting, professional services, and project team solutions. Collaborates with consultants to develop client solutions, manages account penetration, forecasts performance, and works toward sales quotas.
