Own and automate Ema’s corporate IT environment, including identity and access lifecycle management, SaaS inventory and license reclamation, endpoint security, compliance evidence generation, runbooks, integrations, and Tier 1/2 support. The role partners with Finance and HR on tool administration, licensing, renewals, and billing while using Python, Bash, APIs, and agentic tools to reduce manual work.

Lead and scale Ema’s global Customer Engagement function while personally overseeing strategic enterprise accounts. Build repeatable delivery, onboarding, hypercare, adoption, change-management, and value-realization methodologies. Own portfolio metrics, delivery economics, capacity planning, executive escalations, partner deployments, and renewal or expansion readiness. Hire and develop technically fluent delivery leaders capable of shipping AI, automation, and workflow-orchestration systems into production and ensuring post-launch stabilization and customer outcomes.

Build and lead the US revenue operations function across direct enterprise and partner-led sales motions. Own forecasting, pipeline management, partner attribution, territories, quotas, compensation, CRM and GTM systems, deal desk processes, lead-to-cash operations, data governance, and executive reporting. Establish scalable processes and infrastructure for revenue visibility, channel operations, commercial approvals, and sales performance.
