Senior, hands-on Managing Director responsible for full P&L, strategy, and execution across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. Build and scale the regional business and team, convert commercial pipeline into contracts and revenue, establish partnerships with EPCs, utilities and developers, and work with global product, sales and operations to deliver customer value.

Manage and grow Pixii’s key Norwegian accounts and partner relationships, driving business development, solution design, and commercial negotiations for BESS deployments. Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, R&D, and engineering, monitor market and regulatory developments, maintain CRM and pipeline, and translate customer needs into product and revenue opportunities.

Own and grow strategic EV charging accounts across Europe for Pixii's BESS solutions. Serve as the commercial and technical interface to customers and OEMs, drive pipeline and deal closure, support product integration, coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, engineering), and shape the EV charging segment strategy to address grid constraints and energy economics.
