Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for LeapSpace's agentic retrieval and orchestration engine. Own migration from prototype to production, prioritize cross-team sequencing and dependencies, translate prototypes into engineering-ready work, support squads' agentic requirements, and expand platform capabilities and integrations with partner teams.

Lead organisational strategy, governance and operational excellence for a global Data Science organisation. Partner with the Chief Data Scientist to set priorities, drive execution, create operating rhythms, establish performance frameworks (OKRs/KPIs), and lead cross-functional transformation and change initiatives to improve delivery, alignment and employee engagement.
