Manage and grow Elsevier’s Research Intelligence portfolio across the Middle East and Africa. Own renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Product, and Operations, maintain CRM and sales data, build customer relationships, support marketing initiatives, and achieve renewal and new business targets.

Provides legal and transactional support for publishing ethics, research integrity, rights clearance, contracts, disputes, compliance, and content acquisition. Advises stakeholders on legal and reputational risks, negotiates rightsholder agreements, supports compliance investigations and anti-bribery due diligence, and develops policies, training, templates, and processes. Partners with legal and business teams to deliver practical guidance, balance risk with commercial objectives, and improve legal operations.

Leads digital marketing for scientific journals and conferences, including email campaigns, website and webpage management, marketing technology administration, analytics, conversion optimization, technical project planning, and workflow improvement. The role supports marketing SLAs, resolves technical issues, evaluates emerging technologies, advises stakeholders on online marketing best practices, and coaches non-technical colleagues.
