Own Elockers’ Canadian business, driving partnership growth with festivals, stadiums, arenas, and entertainment venues. Manage key relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, lead event planning and on-site operations, and identify revenue opportunities. Recruit and develop the Canadian team while shaping expansion strategy with international leadership. The role is Toronto-based and requires frequent travel across Canada, occasional international travel, and flexibility for evenings and weekends during event season.

Expand the company’s UK presence by identifying prospects, building relationships with venue operators and event organisers, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating and closing deals, and supporting onboarding and renewals. The role also involves CRM documentation, industry event representation, market feedback, and occasional operational or on-site support in a remote-first environment.

Lead technical ownership of a cloud-native microservices platform supporting real-time payments, marketplace payouts, physical smart lockers, and high-traffic live events. Responsibilities include architecture, hands-on Node.js development, code review, deployment, scaling, monitoring, reliability, payment and hardware integrations, engineering process improvement, AI-assisted development, and team coaching. The role bridges commercial priorities and engineering delivery while supporting international expansion.
