Assists with month-end close, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, audit workpapers, tax preparation, entity-level reporting, variance analysis, and lender and LIHTC compliance. Maintains accounting data in Yardi and supports system migration. This entry-level role requires strong accounting fundamentals, Excel skills, attention to detail, and willingness to grow across a multi-entity real estate portfolio.

Welcomes visitors, residents, prospects, and vendors; manages phones, inboxes, mail, packages, visitor records, keys, and access cards. Supports property management by logging maintenance requests, answering resident questions, processing payments, assisting with leases, and supporting resident events. Assists marketing by updating listings, managing CRM leads, creating Canva materials and email campaigns, drafting social content, and monitoring reviews.

Supports accounting across a multi-entity real estate portfolio, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, audit and tax workpapers, treasury, project accounting, AP/AR, and financial reporting. The role also performs variance analysis, maintains data in Yardi, supports system migration, and documents processes. Candidates need accounting fundamentals, GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
