Own Ello’s end-to-end customer listening and insight system across support, surveys, research calls, playtests, session reviews, and safety feedback. Build repeatable processes, synthesize customer input into product decisions, manage the Nairobi research and operations team, oversee customer support in multiple markets, and run early-access parent programs. Own Ello’s consumer subscription monetization strategy, including pricing, packaging, paywalls, checkout, trials, renewals, dunning, cancellations, winback, and reporting. Build forecasting and subscription models, run pricing and conversion experiments, analyze cohort metrics, and collaborate with lifecycle marketing, engineering, design, finance, and support. The role requires hands-on mobile subscription expertise across iOS and Android, strong SQL skills, app-store billing knowledge, and potential future team leadership.

Lead end-to-end product, brand, and UX design for a children's education app. Conduct research, define personas, create prototypes, playtest and iterate experiences, and prepare developer handoffs. Build brand identities and design systems, optimize web interfaces and onboarding flows, create animated characters and UI assets, and support marketing initiatives with landing pages and printed materials. Collaborate with literacy experts, engineers, marketing, and cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and improve engagement and conversion.

Originate and ship high-velocity creative for paid and organic social, product-led growth, and brand. Own idea generation, briefs, production, agency/creator management, testing, and scaling; use AI tools to speed creative iteration and translate product features into parent-facing stories.

Lead and execute Ello's growth strategy in Kenya: own content, organic social, creator/influencer relationships, partnerships, and agency management. Prioritize and run data-driven experiments across the funnel to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention while collaborating with global teams and shaping the regional growth playbook.
