Lead and execute Ello's growth strategy in Kenya: own content, organic social, creator/influencer relationships, partnerships, and agency management. Prioritize and run data-driven experiments across the funnel to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention while collaborating with global teams and shaping the regional growth playbook.

Originate and ship high-velocity creative for paid and organic social, product-led growth, and brand. Own idea generation, briefs, production, agency/creator management, testing, and scaling; use AI tools to speed creative iteration and translate product features into parent-facing stories.

Produce AI-generated images, animations, and short videos from curriculum outlines for children ages 4–8. Build fast, repeatable pipelines, edit and assemble polished lesson videos, and partner with subject-matter experts to design educational activities that teach and engage.

Lead product work at the intersection of ML engineering and design to build AI-driven learning experiences for children. Define product direction, prototype with AI tools, run user testing with kids and families, align stakeholders, and ship high-quality features in partnership with engineering, design, and research.
