Provides administrative and operational support to the Education & Scholarships team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, note-taking, project tracking, CRM data maintenance, process improvement, research, documentation, recruitment onboarding, training, and event logistics. The role also supports system testing, stakeholder communications, and accurate handling of personal information in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Operate and improve security monitoring across endpoints, servers, cloud platforms, and networks. Investigate alerts, respond to incidents, develop detection rules and automation, apply threat intelligence, and support vulnerability management. The role also produces incident documentation, maintains runbooks, contributes to audits and risk assessments, and collaborates with IT, research computing, governance, and legal teams to protect research environments.

Build and operate an end-to-end agentic AI platform for scientists, spanning model endpoints, orchestration, tools, state management, evaluation, observability, failure recovery, APIs, and user interfaces. Work directly with scientists to translate workflows into scalable capabilities, establish technical direction, and shape the product roadmap. The role also requires production-ready, policy-aware systems with durable audit trails and independent ownership from prototype through deployment.
