Coordinate construction project administration: maintain shop drawings, track RFIs and changes, review subcontractor RFIs, schedule updates, liaise with owners/architects/contractors/engineers, assist project manager and superintendent, manage subcontractors when assigned, and perform quality control and progress inspections.

Manage and control project documents: review, catalog, file and distribute consultant and shop drawings, submittals and change notices; maintain project inbox and PM system logs; support change management and assist with ordering construction materials and equipment.

Lead VDC/BIM processes across project lifecycle: develop BIM Execution Plans, implement project-specific VDC workflows, coordinate model-based design reviews and clash detection, manage VDC team and deliverables, support estimating/4D planning, facilitate reality capture (LiDAR/drones/360), collaborate with field and IT, mentor staff, and report on VDC budget, schedule and metrics.
