Leads project controls for complex construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, or life sciences projects. Responsibilities include forecasting, earned value analysis, cost and cash-flow reporting, change management, progress billings, WBS and CBS development, data quality, process optimization, and stakeholder reporting. The role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience and strong expertise in project performance measurement and financial controls.

Leads the design, configuration, governance, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Absence processes, including time off, leave, accruals, eligibility, balances, and related business processes. Provides cross-functional support for Payroll and Time Tracking, resolves complex incidents, performs audits and testing, supports releases and deployments, and develops documentation and training for stakeholders and end users.

Manage construction project planning and delivery by coordinating engineering information, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, agreements, schedules, subcontractors, and field problem resolution. The role supports project compliance with codes and standards, monitors progress to meet budget and timeline goals, and contributes to client development and business opportunities.
