Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Phoenix Perpetuals across traders, market makers, integrators, and growth channels. The role owns scalable growth initiatives, marketing and incentive budgets, user acquisition measurement, and operational rigor across the GTM organization while working closely with the founders and growth team in a technically complex crypto and DeFi environment.

Own day-to-day office operations, inventory, food and events, guest experience, office-move logistics, recruiting coordination, onboarding and offboarding, executive calendars, business dinners, and administrative requests. The role requires strong organization, process improvement, judgment, communication, vendor management, and comfort with hands-on work in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.

Manage daily office operations, inventory, reception, food services, events, and office-move logistics. Protect cofounders’ calendars, schedule dinners, and handle administrative requests. Coordinate recruiting logistics, interviews, assessments, onboarding, and offboarding. The role requires strong organization, reliable execution, discretion, communication, vendor management, and willingness to perform hands-on office tasks in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.
