Manage daily office operations, inventory, reception, food services, events, and office-move logistics. Protect cofounders’ calendars, schedule dinners, and handle administrative requests. Coordinate recruiting logistics, interviews, assessments, onboarding, and offboarding. The role requires strong organization, reliable execution, discretion, communication, vendor management, and willingness to perform hands-on office tasks in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.

Build and activate Ellipsis Labs' presence across Asian crypto markets by mapping traders and market makers, cultivating relationships, executing regional growth strategies, representing the company at events, surfacing market intelligence, and coordinating with the broader team.
