Build and activate Ellipsis Labs' presence across Asian crypto markets by mapping traders and market makers, cultivating relationships, executing regional growth strategies, representing the company at events, surfacing market intelligence, and coordinating with the broader team.

Owns platform risk management for decentralized finance markets by maintaining on-chain and offchain risk infrastructure, setting asset risk parameters, supporting new asset listings, and designing frameworks for emerging asset classes. The role involves building scalable risk tooling, shipping production software, and independently driving ambiguous projects in collaboration with trading, engineering, and research teams.
