Leads regional engineered solutions sales for turbomachinery, including conversions, upgrades, rerates, and replacement projects. Develops customer relationships, sales pipelines, strategic plans, pricing, margins, and bookings. Provides technical direction, oversees order execution, advocates for customers, analyzes market trends, and coordinates cross-functional teams to meet delivery, quality, compliance, and profitability objectives.

Administers accounts payable, processes vendor invoices, enters source and sales data into general and sales ledgers, prepares customer billings, reviews Concur travel expenses, reconciles credit card transactions, and records weekly and monthly expenses in accordance with internal controls.

Leads quality assurance for manufactured and purchased products, including audits, NCR analysis, MRB meetings, factory walkdowns, inspections, and customer witness testing. Drives RCA and 8D problem-solving, continuous improvement, quality documentation, and project QA support. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, project management, and external customers. Requires expertise in manufacturing processes, inspection methods, NDT, quality engineering, and preferably rotating equipment and maritime regulations.
