Serves as a trusted technology advisor to executives, boards, and IT leaders. Provides Fractional CIO leadership, develops technology roadmaps and budgets, oversees governance, cybersecurity, risk, resilience, and major initiatives such as cloud transformations and ERP implementations. Manages vendors, improves IT operations, evaluates emerging technologies, translates technical issues into business recommendations, and mentors technology leaders. Requires extensive IT leadership experience, strong executive communication, consulting capability, and the ability to manage concurrent client engagements.

Oversee audit engagements from planning through completion, manage client relationships, budgets, and complex accounting issues, and supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate audit staff. The role also involves identifying service opportunities, supporting recruiting, improving audit practices, and providing recommendations on policies and procedures. Strong client communication, analytical skills, CPA certification, and public accounting audit experience are required.
