Perform fair value valuations for financial reporting (ASC 820, ASC 805) including intangible assets and purchase price allocations; build valuation models for stock options, warrants and derivatives; draft valuation reports and memorandums; vet third-party valuation reports; and support the FVLS team to meet audit and firm capacity needs.

The Valuation Associate performs financial reporting valuations, assists in vetting third-party reports, builds financial models, and drafts comprehensive valuation reports.

The Business Management Specialist is responsible for managing multiple clients, processing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgets, bank reconciliations, and preparing quarterly tax estimates with a strong emphasis on accuracy and client service.
