Supports the Senior Managing Director in expanding the High Center through member and corporate partner relationship development, outreach, event recruitment, peer group administration, sponsorship coordination, communications, and market research. The role serves as an initial contact for members and prospects, facilitates regional peer groups, supports marketing initiatives, and assists with strategic projects and events.

Supports a college financial aid office by providing responsive service to students and families, answering inquiries, maintaining confidential records, processing and reviewing aid files, supporting award packaging and federal programs, performing quality assurance checks, managing calendars and office operations, coordinating mailings and events, ordering supplies, and assisting with compliance, reporting, budgeting, and administrative tasks.

Provides STEM-focused career advising, employer and alumni engagement, internship coordination, career-readiness programming, and industry expertise for engineering, computer science, and science students. Partners with faculty and campus stakeholders to develop experiential learning opportunities, support career outcomes, administer career initiatives, analyze destination data, integrate NACE competencies, and contribute to Career Development Center strategy and operations.
