Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM and Fusion Data Intelligence. Develop workforce analytics dashboards, reports, formulas, and reporting models; support HCM modules, integrations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and implementations. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, improve data accuracy, and reduce reliance on external consultants. The role serves as the internal Oracle HCM and FDI subject matter expert and requires fully onsite work in Cincinnati.

Designs, builds, deploys, and maintains production AI systems for U.S. Government missions. Responsibilities include developing agentic AI and LLM applications, RAG workflows, data pipelines, ML infrastructure, distributed systems, and model deployment workflows. The engineer collaborates directly with government stakeholders, translates mission requirements into technical solutions, owns systems through their lifecycle, and ensures security, scalability, reliability, and operational performance in forward-deployed environments.

Develop finance and business-process prompts, create evaluation rubrics, assess AI-generated responses, and provide structured feedback. Use Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, to design and review realistic financial tasks. Document assessments clearly in written English and collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators. Finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, or consulting expertise is preferred; prior AI experience is not required.
