Senior Counsel will support commercial, product, compliance, privacy, corporate, and AI-related legal matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SaaS and commercial agreements, advising on privacy, security, compliance, and emerging AI regulations, managing legal templates and playbooks, supporting corporate governance and intellectual property, and implementing legal technology and automation tools. The role requires a U.S.-based attorney with substantial in-house SaaS or technology experience and active bar membership.

Manage strategic law firm and corporate legal accounts, building executive relationships, driving retention, upsell and cross-sell growth, and guiding customers from on-premises systems to cloud SaaS. Maintain CRM account plans and forecasts, identify account risks, collaborate with Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, and advocate for customer needs. Educate clients on product capabilities and best practices while delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, profitability, and service.

Designs scalable systems, leads end-to-end technical execution, drives cross-team initiatives, and contributes hands-on production code. The role maintains engineering standards across architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability, and DevOps; leads incident response and root-cause analysis; mentors engineers; troubleshoots production issues; and aligns technical delivery with product priorities.
