Teams at Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics

Schedules new and established patients, answers calls, returns voicemails, verifies documentation, obtains medical records and insurance information, and coordinates with providers, referring physicians, scheduling staff, and clinical teams. The role requires accurate administrative work, strong customer service, professional communication, patient confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company procedures in a fast-paced medical office.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, background checks, reference checks, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, coordinate hiring activities, maintain applicant records, and provide leadership updates. Create social media recruiting campaigns, represent the organization at career and community events, build talent-source relationships, and support compliance with employment laws and HR policies.

Provide patient preparation and documentation for outpatient sports medicine visits, assist providers with procedures (suture removal, injections, brace fitting), schedule surgeries and follow-ups, and deliver patient education by phone and in person.
