Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance. Build employer brand through community outreach, events, and recruitment marketing. Travel regularly to clinic locations, develop educational and organizational partnerships, manage ATS and recruiting metrics, conduct background and credential checks, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Supervise and develop the Scheduling and Operator teams: hire, train, audit performance, maintain playbooks, run reporting/KPIs, coach staff, and provide queue coverage to meet departmental goals.
