The role requires shift work, physical patient-care duties, calm decision-making under pressure, and active RN licensure with ACLS and PALS certifications.

As a Critical Care RN, you'll provide care for critically ill patients during transport, collaborate with EMTs, monitor vital signs, and administer treatments.
