Provide clinical care and medical oversight as Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator on Phase I-IV dermatology trials. Screen and enroll patients, perform exams, assess eligibility and safety, document per ICH-GCP/FDA requirements, collaborate with coordinators and sponsors, support recruitment and retention, and participate in site visits, monitoring, and audits.

Oversee daily operations of a clinical research site including staff management, study execution from initiation to close-out, regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH), data integrity, financial oversight, recruitment/enrollment, vendor and sponsor communication, training, and continuous performance improvement to ensure timely, high-quality trial conduct.

Support execution of clinical research studies by assisting with study coordination, participant screening and consent, data entry into eCRFs, regulatory document maintenance, and ensuring GCP/HIPAA compliance while collaborating with clinical teams and participating in audits and quality reviews.
