The role is remote but regionally based near Washington, DC, with travel up to 20%.

Leads the strategy, governance, transformation, and scalability of ELIQUENT’s global payroll function. Responsibilities include strengthening controls, risk management, audit readiness, operating models, systems, vendors, process efficiency, transaction readiness, business continuity, and payroll reporting. The role directs the Senior Payroll Manager, leads transformation initiatives, supports global growth and organizational changes, and communicates payroll risks, priorities, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Leads consultant onboarding, credentialing, mobilization, readiness, and lifecycle operations. Owns the Consultant Concierge service, including issue intake, triage, escalation, SLAs, and resolution. Aligns consultant supply with sales demand, manages readiness data and dashboards, improves workflows through automation and AI, and partners with Talent, Sales, Delivery, IT, HR, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Provides team leadership, process governance, transformation support, and escalation management across Sales Enablement.
