Leads UK management accounting and treasury teams, overseeing financial reporting, trading accounts, reconciliations, billing, cashflow forecasting, working capital, banking relationships, controls, and process improvement. Provides divisional performance insight, manages financial risk, supports month-end close, and develops finance talent while partnering with operational and finance leaders.

Lead daily payroll operations, allocating workloads, managing team performance, and ensuring accurate, timely processing. Resolve escalated payroll issues, maintain compliance with legislation and tax requirements, collaborate with HR, finance, and external providers, and support audits and reconciliations. The role also involves improving payroll processes, training staff, protecting confidential data, and maintaining high service standards.

Manage financial performance across three sites by overseeing month-end reporting, P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, controls, and process improvement. Partner with operational managers to explain financial results, identify savings opportunities, manage risks, and improve decision-making. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with regular work across Dundee and Glasgow sites.
