Design, build, and operate sequencing analysis pipelines for short-, long- and hybrid-read data to support construct validation, strain engineering, metagenomics, methylation and multi-omics analyses; develop methods, integrate results with lab workflows, produce decision-grade reports and visualizations, and run reproducible cloud-based bioinformatics at scale.

Design and execute in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo (rodent) experiments to generate preclinical data supporting microbiome therapeutics. Analyze and communicate findings, optimize methods, maintain electronic lab records, contribute to regulatory document sections, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Six-month internship building, testing, and running reproducible bioinformatics pipelines and visualization tools. Collaborate with bioinformaticians and wet-lab scientists on comparative genomics, protein structure/interaction analyses, host-range predictions, LIMS automation, and data visualization to support experimental design and interpretation.

Contribute to development and optimization of ex vivo human skin microbiome models to test Eligobiotics®, perform microbiological assays (plating, CFU), molecular analyses ((dd)PCR, NGS), and support model design and validation with human-derived samples.
