Lead the education team and develop a strategic vision aligned with the charity’s mission, values, and objectives. Oversee high-quality, person-centered teaching and learning while maintaining exceptional educational standards across the college. The role involves education leadership, team development, and continuous improvement of specialist further education provision.

Serve on the Board of Trustees for Elidyr Communities Trust, providing guidance and oversight to support young adults with additional learning needs. Trustees help shape the charity’s strategy, future direction, and impact. Relevant experience in leadership, finance, education, health or social care, HR, legal, governance, or compliance is welcomed, but prior trustee experience is not required.
