Lead design and implementation of a Quality Management System for a food/agro-processing plant. Establish specifications, manage lab operations and calibration, train staff on GMPs, perform root cause analysis, prepare for food safety certification, and implement quality data tracking to improve yield and product consistency.

Support the Operations Manager by coordinating daily activities across stations and depots, tracking deliveries and stock movements, preparing reports, assisting logistics and scheduling, implementing SOPs, conducting site visits, and identifying operational gaps for escalation to management.

Manage general ledger, AP/AR, payroll and reconciliations; ensure compliance with Ghana tax laws and IFRS; prepare month-end and annual financial statements; support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and cost optimization; enforce internal controls and coordinate audits; maintain finance systems, first-line ERP support, and champion process automation and data hygiene.
