Own and operate Eli’s end-to-end quality management system for a novel diagnostic product. Responsibilities include document and change control, CAPA, non-conformances, training records, equipment management, supplier qualification, design and production documentation, internal and external audits, and quality policy development. The role partners closely with manufacturing, regulatory, engineering, and scientific teams while maintaining FDA 21 CFR Part 820 compliance and an audit-ready electronic QMS.

Develop and validate applied machine learning, signal processing, and statistical models using noisy real-world hormone data. Explore datasets, engineer features, select models, design experiments, and conduct error analysis to ensure results are robust and generalizable. Investigate production performance, diagnose failures, identify distribution shifts and biases, and translate findings into model improvements or data-collection strategies. Communicate conclusions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders while producing reproducible Python code for eventual production deployment.
