Own the company-wide product vision and execution for Eli’s consumer hormone-monitoring platform. Lead product, design, engineering, and scientific affairs; translate scientific data into compelling user experiences; improve engagement, retention, and subscription revenue; and build an ambitious roadmap spanning AI, new hormones, and B2B expansion. The role requires independently scaling a consumer subscription product, inventing differentiated experiences, and growing the product function within a small team.

Software QA professional responsible for validating mobile app features against designs and acceptance criteria, managing and prioritizing Jira bugs, maintaining Maestro end-to-end tests across iOS and Android, stabilizing GitHub Actions CI pipelines, and conducting hands-on release testing on real devices. The role partners with product, design, and engineering to identify regressions and build quality into features.

Develop and validate applied machine learning, signal processing, and statistical models using noisy real-world hormone data. Explore datasets, engineer features, select models, design experiments, and conduct error analysis to ensure results are robust and generalizable. Investigate production performance, diagnose failures, identify distribution shifts and biases, and translate findings into model improvements or data-collection strategies. Communicate conclusions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders while producing reproducible Python code for eventual production deployment.
