Manage end-to-end cash application across payment methods; reconcile unapplied/unidentified cash; handle deductions, short-pays, credit memos, and write-offs; drive collections follow-ups and dispute resolution; prepare AR reports; support month-end close and continuous improvement while collaborating with US stakeholders.

Provide SAP S/4HANA FI/CO functional support for Record to Report (R2R): design, configure, test, deploy, troubleshoot and optimize GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets processes; gather requirements, liaise with finance/IT/consultants, support implementations/upgrades, and lead testing, training, and change management.

Lead SCM technology strategy and roadmap, partnering with Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Operations to translate planning needs into platform outcomes. Own Lyric.ai planning ecosystem and integrations to SAP S/4HANA and NetSuite, govern data models in Snowflake, pilot AI capabilities, manage vendor relationships, and lead a small cross-geo team to deliver scalable planning solutions and module expansions.
