Manage international distributor and retail customer supply chain for rhode. Coordinate order management, inventory flow, launches, and KPI tracking across distributors and retailers. Produce analytics using Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Tableau, monitor sell-in/sell-out and in-stocks, mitigate supply risks, support forecasting and assortment decisions, and drive process improvements and partner relationships. Requires international travel.

Support execution of rhode's global education strategy by developing scalable training programs and materials for product launches and retail activations. Partner cross-functionally and with international markets and retail partners to deliver and adapt education, support field conferences and gratis programs, gather field feedback, measure effectiveness, manage timelines, and travel as needed to support global rollouts.
