Leads international demand planning for e.l.f. Beauty’s global portfolio, including forecasting, inventory optimization, and IBP process management. Collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, and senior leadership to align forecasts, analyze market trends, improve planning accuracy, and identify risks and opportunities. Oversees demand planning processes, systems, calendars, and recurring forecasts while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, high-SKU CPG environment.

Develop and manage international demand forecasts, analyze sales trends and seasonality, and lead demand planning strategy across category segments. Collaborate with sales, customer supply chain, and cross-functional teams on promotional impacts, consumption, shipments, and IBP alignment. Maintain forecast accuracy and bias metrics, build driver-based forecasts for complex SKU portfolios, and support product lifecycle planning in a fast-paced CPG environment.

Plans and executes user acceptance testing for SAP-based finance and accounting systems. Validates GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, reporting, and integrations; documents test evidence, tracks defects, coordinates with finance and IT stakeholders, supports implementations and upgrades, and ensures testing meets project timelines and governance requirements.
