Develops, maintains, enhances, tests, and troubleshoots complex software systems. Reviews software components against design requirements, documents test results, resolves problem reports, applies appropriate development methodologies, and contributes to system design, requirements analysis, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS decisions.

Provides full-time onsite operational support for Dell PowerEdge XE servers, GPU infrastructure, and liquid cooling systems. Responsibilities include datacenter walkthroughs, monitoring, diagnostics, firmware updates, troubleshooting, case and escalation management, RMA coordination, cooling-system inspections, documentation, reporting, and coordination with Dell support, customers, facilities teams, and vendors.

Provides systems engineering and project management for data modernization initiatives. Works with customers and stakeholders to define ambiguous requirements, develop actionable plans, prioritize development tasks, and support data architecture improvements. Leads Agile ceremonies, release planning, Scrum of Scrums, Git workflows, and enterprise software development teams. Requires strong communication, facilitation, technical feedback, and organizational skills, along with operational SIGINT or data architecture familiarity.
