Support construction accounting and the CFO by managing job setup, subcontractor invoices, monthly client billing and reimbursements, change orders, accounts payable, and releases. Use Sage 300 (advanced) and Procore, coordinate with project teams, ensure contract and insurance compliance, and independently manage multiple project accounting tasks to meet deadlines.
