Leads a production team of civil designers, CAD technicians, and design engineers. Responsibilities include staff development, workload and resource management, project assignments, plan-set reviews, QA/QC oversight, performance evaluations, recruiting, conflict resolution, and maintaining project quality, budgets, schedules, and efficiency. The role also supports division initiatives, coordinates with project managers, and may contribute as a lead designer or signing professional engineer.

Lead hydrology, hydraulics, and drainage engineering projects from proposal through delivery. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations while developing technical solutions and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, support business development, and ensure high-quality project outcomes across land development initiatives.
