Partner with performance marketing, conduct market research, set brand standards, and track brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS, equity). Present to founders/CXOs and scale consumer-brand initiatives.

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales for SAP solutions: engage CXOs, close complex multi-year deals, own revenue and quota, build and manage an enterprise sales team, develop pipeline, collaborate across product/marketing/engineering, and manage commercial/legal negotiations.

Lead and scale the people function across corporate and retail channels: develop HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, payroll and compliance, compensation philosophy, engagement, and manager capability to support multi-location growth.
