Own Elevation Capital’s marketing charter, including brand positioning, editorial content, owned media, PR, events, community, partnerships, portfolio marketing engagements, team leadership, agencies, and budget. Build the firm’s public narrative, strengthen founder and partner relationships, grow media channels, develop ecosystem programs, and support portfolio companies through high-impact marketing and growth projects.

Leads the end-to-end D2C e-commerce business, owning P&L, revenue growth, category strategy, assortment, customer experience, merchandising, profitability, supply chain coordination, and team building. The role identifies growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, pricing, retention, and product performance; builds forecasts and business plans; improves e-commerce metrics; and establishes scalable, data-driven operating processes.

Leads the end-to-end people agenda for a high-growth manufacturing company, including workforce planning, organization design, talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, employee experience, HR governance, labor-law compliance, HR analytics, HRIS digitization, and organizational change. Advises senior leadership, coaches People Partners, oversees HR operations, and drives scalable people systems and measurable business outcomes.
