Leads the end-to-end people agenda for a high-growth manufacturing company, including workforce planning, organization design, talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, employee experience, HR governance, labor-law compliance, HR analytics, HRIS digitization, and organizational change. Advises senior leadership, coaches People Partners, oversees HR operations, and drives scalable people systems and measurable business outcomes.

Lead production, warehousing, logistics, and customer experience operations for an early-stage portfolio company. Build and manage a 35-person, three-tier team; scale operating systems; partner with contract manufacturers, warehouse providers, and courier partners; and own production, delivery, inventory, CSAT, and NPS metrics. The role requires high ownership, structured problem-solving, and the ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
