Lead development, optimization, and scale-up of mRNA production and purification processes. Characterize mRNA using electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, and HPLC/UPLC. Support tech transfer, collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare SOPs and technical documents, and assist business development for client proposals.

Lead cross-functional CMC program activities including process and analytical development, tech transfers for cell therapies, GMP program management, risk mitigation, project planning and dashboards, KPI tracking, and partner communications to ensure program alignment and timelines.

Perform GMP QC testing for gene and cell therapy programs, including PCR, flow cytometry, ELISA, and cell-based assays. Record and peer-review data, assist with investigations (deviations/CAPAs/OOS), manage inventory and routine lab maintenance, and support assay qualification and procedure drafting.
