Leads the design, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise information security infrastructure. Responsibilities include endpoint and cloud security, vulnerability management, identity threat protection, OT security, incident response, security monitoring, data security, security automation, architecture reviews, and third-party MDR oversight. The role also develops security standards and hardening baselines while integrating AI and automation across security operations.

Supports the design, programming, commissioning, validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial automation and control systems in a regulated cell and gene therapy manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include SCADA, PLC, historian, networking, documentation, system testing, vendor coordination, data collection, reporting, equipment integration, tech transfers, and operational support. The role collaborates with Facilities, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Validation teams and participates in future on-call support.

Lead proactive internal and select external communications for a growing biotech/CDMO organization. Develop communications strategy, advise senior leaders, create executive messaging, manage channels such as town halls and newsletters, oversee corporate communications and PR, measure effectiveness, and lead one communications professional. Partner cross-functionally with People & Culture, Commercial, Marketing, and company leaders to support organizational growth, transformation, and alignment.
