Designs, configures, deploys, provisions, tests, and troubleshoots customer network solutions across routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, LAN, and WLAN environments. Converts high-level designs into low-level designs, resolves complex issues, supports network escalations, improves performance and security, and maintains technical documentation. Works with internal teams, external suppliers, and B2B customers in a hybrid Network Operations environment.

Lead 24/7 NOC and Tier 1–3 Network Support teams, improving customer-facing operations through automation, monitoring, data, proactive engineering, and continuous improvement. Own major incident response, root-cause analysis, KPIs, service performance, customer satisfaction, supplier engagement, and risk reporting. Develop technical teams, build a high-performing culture, and transform reactive support into a proactive, resilient, customer-focused operation.

Manage approximately 1,000 business customer accounts, building relationships and driving retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Use Salesforce and customer data to identify churn risks, prioritize activity, manage opportunities, maintain forecasts, and develop account plans. Collaborate with New Business and Service Delivery to ensure strong customer experiences. The hybrid role requires proximity to Manchester and occasional attendance at customer or industry events.
