Deliver targeted Tier II/III ELA interventions for grades 5-8, using diagnostic and progress-monitoring data to group students, adjust instruction, and build foundational literacy. Collaborate with ELA teachers and leaders to align interventions, lead data cycles, document progress, engage families, participate in professional learning, and support school routines and enrichment to foster student growth and a positive classroom culture.

Lead STEM curriculum and instructional practice K-4 by designing inquiry-driven curriculum, coaching teachers, conducting observations, running data-driven improvement cycles, and leading professional development. Ensure alignment with CT standards, support diverse learners (ELLs, IEPs), manage STEM systems and calendars, and collaborate with school leadership to advance school-wide priorities and academic outcomes.

Manage daily operations of a K-4 campus including front-office management, facilities and vendor coordination, student data systems, scheduling, compliance, family communications, and event logistics. Support school leadership, supervise office staff, maintain safety and emergency procedures, and continuously improve operational systems to create a welcoming, efficient environment for students, staff, and families.

Provide classroom and student support by assisting teachers with lesson prep, supervising arrival/lunch/recess/transitions, tutoring and small-group instruction, maintaining records and materials, supporting school events and communications, and contributing to schoolwide routines, community-building, and special projects to foster a safe, equitable, and joyful learning environment.
